Sabina Floral Tiered Plissé Gown

I love this dress and have no complaints about the brand or quality. It's a beautiful dress. But what I don't love is the woman who bought this dress before me cut off two of the hangar straps, snagged the skirt in several places, stained it, and then RETURNED it. I had the unfortunate experience of discovering that this dress was clearly worn before, noticing the damage as I was steaming the dress two hours before I needed to wear it. I was out of town for a wedding, and did not being another option. The pattern camouflages the damage, so it wasn't immediately obvious when I received it. It takes a special kind of jerk to be so unbelievably inconsiderate as to send a used dress back. Disgusting. Nordstrom, please do a better job at the inspection of your returns. Your customers' problems should not become my problems. I had no choice but to wear this dress and it made me a queasy to think about how some stranger had clearly worn this before me. Awful.
