Never received the necklace!!!

I haven't received the necklace!!! I purchased in the Barton Creek Square store in Austin on Sat 12/2 ... it was supposed to be shipped from Houston (3 hrs away) directly to the Barton Creek store and to date has been nothing but frustration. I've purchased another necklace from Neiman Marcus as we're run out of patience.. Please credit me immediately.

Simple and elegant necklace.

Online picture shows its links are small but to me it is medium sized links . It’s beautiful and got it when they had it on a limited sale buy. Glad I bought it because now the price soared from 900 on a sale price . I love it and it’s one of my favorite piece from Roberto Coin collection . P.S. 18 carat gold is a nice yellow .
