Disappointed
I was looking forward to receiving this Vince sweater but was very disappointed when it arrived compressed into a soft plastic shipping bag. When I removed it, it was wrinkled and smelled strongly of someone's perfume/deodorant. This is the second used, stained item I've received from Nordstrom in the past two weeks.
As with many retailers, Nordstrom's quality controls have become frustratingly lax.
