Terrible Experience
Ordered the argyle sweater, got a red one one instead. Customer service wouldn’t even exchange the sweater. Terrible!

Cheep imitation
I bought a green one from the Reformation site because Nordstrom did not have my size. I really liked the one so I decided to get a black from Nordstrom. I just picked it up and to my disappointment it is different. Compared both sweaters side by side. The one from Nordstrom is thinner, has buttons with 4 holes and it doesn’t have the internal label and no spare button. It looks like a cheep imitation. I am shocked since I always considered Nordstrom as a very reputable site. I returning and reconsidering my opinion of Nordstrom.

Cheep imitation
I bought a green one from the Reformation site because Nordstrom did not have my size. I really liked the one so I decided to get a black from Nordstrom. I just picked it up and to my disappointment it is different. Compared both sweaters side by side. The one from Nordstrom is thinner, has buttons with 4 holes and it doesn’t have the internal label and no spare button. It looks like a cheep imitation. I am shocked since I always considered Nordstrom as a very reputable site. I returning and reconsidering my opinion of Nordstrom.

Not the same sweater from Reformation?
The product appears to be a replication of the Reformation cardigan and isn't even made out of cashmere - the tag says its 56% cotton, 23% polyester, acrylic, and spandex. Do not buy this!

Don’t buy this. I wanted to upgrade my wardrobe and purchase higher quality pieces, but this is not worth the money. I only wore this twice and the fabric is piling along the arms. For $198, I expected better. Save your coins and buy real cashmere with that price. Reformation is such a scam!

horrible quality
I was super excited about this sweater, but after one wear the button started to chip very disappointed that I spent so much money on a sweater that had very poor quality.

Excellent quality, but sweater is cropped
I purchased the sweater in blue which was a beautiful color. The quality of the cashmere was also good. The problem is that the description does not share that the sweater is cropped. The description also does not state the measurements of the sweater including length. I returned because not looking for cropped. I will continue to check this brand for other sweaters as it seems to be high quality.
