Distressed Bootcut Jeans

I bought these on a whim and I am pleasantly surprised! They are very soft, and the fading is more subtle IRL. I've never tried this brand before and ordered size 24, which is a perfect fit in my waist and slight snug in the hips, but not in a bad way. The thighs are slim but not tight, and the length is perfect for me to wear with sneakers or low heels (I am 5'2" with 30" inseam). The rise is also not too high for my short torso. For reference, I usually wear size 24 in Levi's wedgie, size 24 or 25 in Frame, 24 or 25 in AG, and I have a slim hourglass figure.

I liked the material and the general fit. However, the 28 fits a bit smaller in the waist than a 28 in other jeans, like Frame. They are a loser fit everywhere except the waist. I am 5’6” and these are a bit too short. They sit just above my ankle at an awkward length. I know the Nili Lotan site sells longer lengths.
