Waterproof Snap Front Rain Jacket

I saw a review commenting on the fit not being great - I am generally an x-small or small. I measured myself and looked at the measurements of jacket and purchased the x-small based on my findings. It fits like it was made for me. I am very proportionate in my limbs and body. I’m 5’7 and weigh about 115lbs. I have slight curve in my waist so this piece is very flattering for my body type. I need crisp lines in my clothes especially my shoulders otherwise clothing looks frumpy on me. 10/10 best rain jacket EVER. I get compliments every time I wear it.

This jacket has a cut that doesn’t work for an average female body. The shoulders are huge, the sleeves are long and the body is more narrow compared to the shoulders. The closure is also a classic male, from right to left, if you like that kind of style. It would require a woman with a masculine body type to fit. I would appreciate Nordstrom mention this in the description in the future. The fabric is wonderful though, very soft and lightweight. And the color is dreamy. Such a bummer.
