Introducing the Rachel High Rise Flare, a classic flare style with a medium wash and contrasting thread details. Designed to fit high on the waist with a tight fit down the thigh before flaring at the knee. Features functional welt pockets, a single button closure with zipper fly, and a 1.5" wide hem with twisted side seams.
