PureFit Legging Made With Organic Cotton

First and foremost, the actual product deserves 5 stars. However, I am now questioning the practices of Pact. In the last 2 weeks I have purchased 7 items from pact. Initially 2 pairs of leggings, 3 linens and 2 additional pairs of leggings. I just opened my 2 new leggings to find that one pair is not new. They were laundered and worn. No label attached, stretch lines and stretched out logo print indicates a wash and wear. But the kicker. Ohhhhh I’m trying to keep it together. There are cat hairs on the leggings. I’ve never had a cat. My left hand is swollen and itching and I have contaminated leggings that were sold to me as brand new. Nordstrom took care of this. So I’m pleased with Nordstrom customer care. But Pact. If your business practices lack integrity what are your organic cotton sourcing practices??? With that said. These are my favorite leggings I’ve worn in a long while. Conflicted and disappointed.
