Pure Tote Bag

Initial review, just received product which I purchased for traveling for work and especially got for laptop size, description states the interior pouch fits most 14” laptops. I have a 14” wide laptop (yes I measured it) and the laptop pocket does NOT fit my 14” wide laptop. The only pocket a 14” laptop fits is the larger drink pocket. (See image). Maybe my pocket insert with my bag is an outlier but that would be a large tolerance in manufacture to allow for such a difference. Concerned about the thickness of the strap but will update later. Material seems decent for the price.

Similar to other reviewers, two straps broke within one month of using this bag. The item was still within the return window, however, the price had gone up on Nordstrom‘s website. I called customer service to see if they would honor my original price for a replacement item. I spoke with customer service and a supervisor and both said they were unable to and would not honor the original price due to the item being sent from a third-party vendor. So be cautious when purchasing, and to know that you likely will not get any help from Nordstrom with issues on this item
