Buyer beware..: these are market place? So… I couldn’t return via mail or Nordstrom rack. You have to physically go to a Nordstrom store within 90 days. I didn’t know about this new policy since they sold. We are an hour away so not a regular trip. I didn’t realize there are now return limits at Nordstrom. The prime reasons that I shop at Nordstrom. I guess I will widen my store choices since there is nothing that differentiates Nordstrom.
