This halter top mini dress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This halter top mini dress was absolutely stunning. The neckline is incredibly flattering and with the adjustable neck halter tie makes it flattering on all bust sizes. The backless portion of this dress is also stunning, not to low, but low enough to show oof your back.
