Platform Loafer Pump

See photos — one is a close-up of the exposed screw where the heel meets the sole. I ordered two pairs in different sizes, and both have the same issue. I haven’t come across anything like this in any mainstream, non-designer shoe brand, let alone Prada. It proves my husband’s point: designer prestige is often just marketing, not a guarantee of quality. Not worth keeping even if they’re on sale. Returning both immediately.

I returned this pair immediately. The toe box surface was uneven and rippled, marked by several pronounced ridges — a flaw that never should have made it past quality control. That kind of visible defect is simply unacceptable. The design itself, though, is beautiful.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It hurt my heart to return this shoe, but my big toe did not give me the comfy space it needed. I can say length was fine, but toes need more wiggle room up and down. I think this is an issue with many loafers whether flat or with heels. Truly beautiful shoes. Hope they work for others. I have tried so many PRADA shoes, sadly I wear a size 12 in these designer shoes. PRADA you continue to give me NADA!!! Please give women with size 12 feet more love!!

I love this shoe it is true 1990s Prada design and vibe but sadly and unfortunately I returned the shoes immediately the next day after I bought them because of a rotten egg and burning tire noxious odor that emitted from the shoes once I took them home and out of the box. Strange that this odor was not noticed while in store but extremely smelly once I put them in my shoe closet unboxed. I love these shoes but for $1500 (or even $5 for that matter) they smelled so awful I had to return them within 24 hour.
