I placed an order on December 21st and it showed processing for two days and then upon chdvkinv on the third day it disappeared. The item also dolx out. I lost my item and gift to someone because Nordsttom chose to accept the order of someone paying in full. How horrible if this department store. I regret buying anything from a store that treats customers like this. Shame on your team for destroying a gift-given experience between two people. Your team ruined so much this holiday season.
