Cinch Waist Leather Jacket

Beautiful, soft and smooth leather with a nice grain. Jacket is lightweight but not flimsy. Sleeves can be slightly folded under to avoid showing the cuffs. The drawstring is great for cinching. Super modern and elegant, but also trendy shape. Fits true to size for me.

This jacket is like the photos....and better than some of them. For example, the side photo shows how well it hangs. It is just like that. I am 5'9," fit, with slightly broad shoulders and a DD chest. Though I wear small in stretchy dresses, skirts, t-shirts, sweaters, etc., I often need medium or large in button-down tops, jackets, and coats. So I went with large. It is flattering with a nice length, It hangs well and has a unique style. I like the cinching option. It is so buttery soft. I got it on sale. What a deal! I have several leather jackets, but I had to have this one. I am glad I got it because it is unique and different from other jackets, so I think it will make typical outfits look more interesting.

Yes it’s a nice jacket, but sizing is a problem. According to the guide, small should be my size (5’, 115lb, measurements between sizes 4 and 6). Ordered both S and XS, and even XS is too big throughout. Nordstrom should either follow its own size guide, or offer XXS. Aargh. Will probably keep XS since the waist falls at the right level for petite me (which is rare) and can be cinched. This could have been a 10, instead, it 3 at best.

I love this jacket! The size is just right and it goes with everything, from jeans and leggings to a skirt with boots. It will definitely class up any outfit.

Love this soft leather jacket. The leather is a nice light weight that drapes nicely. There are ropes inside of the jacket that allows you to adjust as needed. Definitely dress this up or down, a great transition piece.
