Strap runs small
These are very pretty but for some reason the strap for the ankle runs very small. I'm normally a size 9.5 or 10 (got the 10) and don't have wide feet or ankles. But the strap was too small. I couldn't even buckle it.

Weird strap
The strap wouldn’t go around my ankle. Crazy because I don’t have kankles. They are not itty, bitty but certainly not enlarged. I’ve never had this issue before so beware if your ankles are super thin. On the plus, the heel height is perfect - not too high and not too low. The color is great too. Shame on them for making a shoe that doesn’t fit normal size.

Uncomfortable with strange sizing
The toe strap is very narrow, shallow, and hard/rough on the edges. The ankle strap is too short. They feel cheap and stiff overall but look cute. My feet and ankles are medium width. The shoe length is good in my normal size.
