What it is: A versatile, easy-to-use matte lip color that unites the performance of a lipstick with the convenience and slim tip of a pencil.

What it does: The innovative formula veils lips in intense pigments that transform on contact, saturating lips in opulent bold color that sets to a matte finish. Weightless yet long-lasting, the creamy nondrying formula feels luxuriously comfortable. Redefine lip perfection with effortless artistry.

How to use: For a saturated bold matte lip: prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth base. Sharpen pencil for a precise edge and outline your desired lip shape. Fill in lips, starting from the center and gliding outward for full coverage. For a blurred, soft-focus matte lip: exfoliate lips and apply concealer to neutralize lip tone. Apply color from the pencil starting at the mouth's center, moving outward. Softly diffuse edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient look.

Great Formula
Long lasting, highly pigmented with blend able easy application. Picture is Flesh 3 as a liner with Naked Seduction. Dame Pat scores again, these live up to my expectation of high quality, professional quality products from her brand.

1st. time use broken
I was really excited to try this product, but as soon as I applied it, it fell apart, and the tip of the lipstick ended up on the floor. 😟 The color is nice and the texture is soft, but I’ve already lost half of the product.

Pigmented Colors!
I purchased the colors Naked Seduction, Divine Rose, and Elson 6. The colors are richly pigmented, have great staying power, and are creamy. I'm a medium with peach undertone. These three shades complimented my skin nicely. I prepped my lips with a hydrating balm so the color would last longer. It didn't dry out my lips throughout the day. I like that it doubles as a lip liner and lip color instead of needing a lipstick. This is my introduction to Pat McGrath's cosmetic line. I may try more items in the near future. I'm loyal to quality brands like Westman Atelier, Victoria Beckham Beauty, Hourglass, and Tom Ford.

how do you sharpen it ?
The box didn’t contain a sharpener. I looked to purchase one from Pat Magrath Labs. Don’t see one. I don’t want to ruin it by sharpening it with another brand-that usually won’t work out well. Anyone ?
