Adorable Hat Ruined by Bad Packaging
I was so excited about this hat—it’s absolutely adorable, fits perfectly, and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the shipping was a major letdown. It was packaged so poorly that the hat arrived completely crushed and misshapen beyond repair. I ended up having to return it, which was really disappointing because it would’ve been perfect. I hope they improve their packaging because the product itself deserves better.
