Not True 2 Size

I'm disappointed that these shoes didn't work out. The reviews say true to size but these feel more like a size 6 than a size 5. Have shoes sizes changed along with everything else? So sad and disappointed.

It's cute, but it's not the most comfortable though the heel is small. The material in the inside is falling apart, but that's either due to my wide feet or it's just cheap fabric
