Oversize Plaid Trench

I like the plaid, however the colors aren't dark/deep enough to my liking. Also I thought the coat would hit below my ankles. I typically buy a large in coats, but if I decide to keep the coat I will keep the XL due to having a little more room when and if I button up. I would recommend if you have hips or a backside to size up if you don't want to worry about buttons popping as the reinforcement on the buttons isn't the best. The large looked more fitted in the waist for me, but since it is an oversized look, sizing up isn't too bad for me. I'm not sure if I would pay full price for this coat as the overall the quality is just 'okay'.

So this is a beautiful jacket and exactly what you buy! I would say it does run a little bit large in terms of a small because I’m a shorter person and it’s definitely much longer so I definitely have to get it tailored! My concern, however, is that on this post there’s nothing that says anything having to do with prop 65… But then when I got the jacket and I looked at the bottom where the tags were, there was the prop 65 warning tag… So that was really disappointing. So I’m not really sure if I’m gonna keep this or not we’ll see.

I love this coat! It’s beautiful, the quality is good and it feels heavy without too much weight. The silhouette gives you a nice shape that most oversized coats don’t. Great statement piece for fall/winter.
