duo pebble leather crossbody bag

After ordering twice and receiving the bag the same way, it was truly disappointing. I thought it was just a mistake. No, the bags came used no price tags affixed and not wrapped in original packaging. The bag came in a plastic bag. I let Customer Service know on both occasions. Unfortunately, I am not feeling that it matters. For that price I was hoping it would come new in original packaging, price tags not missing and wrapped with TLC.

This bag is amazing however I’ll be returning it! The clasp where the small pouch is attached on certain angles will just release the entire crossbody strap as it opens when you barely bump it! So I’m worried I’ll loose the bag and not even knowing it fell off …. Either way even if I catch it, it wouldn’t matter at over 300$ the last thing I should have to worry about is the strap coming undone randomly! The clasp needs to be stronger so it doesn’t just come open when you barely touch it

I’m so happy with my purchase. This purse is buttery, soft and very comfy. You can dress it up and dress it down. Goes well with maxi dresses and jeans, with high heals and flats.

I don't know why Nordstrom keeps posting reviews when it had nothing to do with the bag. It's a nice bag and roomy and versatile. Can be worn many ways. Beautiful quality. Definitely recommended.

I love this Crossbody bag. The only problem is that my hair gets snagged in the little silver balls on the strap, and it pulls my hair other than that I love it!

Great bag. Can be worn so many different ways. The color looks more like a rich brown. Can’t wait to use it.
