Sagging design that looks bad and is uncomfortable
The bag looks good and the pockets are useful, but it is unstructured and sags at the middle when you hold it with either a small or heavy load. It looks really, really bad. Osprey should take this back to the drawing board. The only water bottle pocket is at a very awkward 45* angle, which somehow provides an opportunity to the bottle to fall out in duffel mode or backpack mode. I would return this if it weren't a gift.

great gym bag!
I was looking for a new gym bag so I went with this one. I Can fit a pair of shoes, a change of clothes, a sweater, toiletries, hydro flask and much more. 30L is a great size for a gym bag. I also like that it can be used as a backpack. Big pocket in the front and smaller one on the side. Very stylish. I have to say that the zippers can get a little stuck at times making it hard to quickly get in and out but other than that, it’s great!
