Organic Cotton Triangle Padded Bra

I’m used to sizing way up on bralettes so i would say it’s true to size. I got an X large. I like my bras extremely comfortable. Breasts are fuller on the sides towards armpits instead of the front and finally this bra fits me perfectly. And finally actually cotton on the INSIDE of a bra where the breasts actually touch the bra. Can’t tell you how many bras I’ve tried that advertise cotton but are not cotton on the inside where i actually care to have a natural fiber. Came back to purchase another color. 🩷

I ordered two of these bras in a small. They were slightly tight from the bottom where the elastic is but I liked the fit where the cups are, so I decided to order two other ones in a medium size. When I received them and I tried them on they were too big for my small boobs. So I went to Nordstrom to exchange them for a small. Now at the time when I ordered these bras they were on sale. So I got both bras for $100. But when I went to exchange them they went back up to full price and Nordstrom refused to adjust the price because they said that it’s a 3rd party seller and that was their rule. I was very upset because I bought those when they were on sale and so I should’ve gotten a price adjustment. The manager kept telling me that the system won’t let her because that was their rule coming from a 3rd party seller. I feel like this is ridiculous because these bras aren’t even sold in the store. So part of ordering online is there’s definitely going to be returns and exchanges since we can’t try on the item. Also I made sure to go before the 30 days were up. I’m very disappointed because I’ve been a customer to Nordstrom for a very long time. And I’ll definitely think twice before ordering online. And I’m definitely going to avoid ordering from the company that sells these bras. It’s just the principle. I bought them on sale, they didn’t fit so I should be able to exchange them for the price that I paid. What was the point of the sale then?
