Gabby Metallic Hot Fix Crystal Clutch

I bought this clutch in black for a formal event last fall. The body of the clutch is beautiful and sturdy, but the clasp sticks and is difficult to open. My iPhone 13 Pro Max didn’t fit inside, but it was too late to return it, so I took it to the event. The delicate chain shoulder strap doesn’t have a good clasps and it fell off multiple times during the evening while the bag was hanging on a chair or on my shoulder. I loved the look of it; it’s sparkly and elegant. Unfortunately, it isn’t functional enough for me. If I could have returned it, I would have.
