Non-Iron Trim Fit Solid Cotton Dress Shirt

The shirt was perfect in every way except for one big thing, and this was a deal breaker for me because it is the most important feature of the shirt in my opinion, and the whole reason I picked this one. It is not at all Non-Iron, or wrinkle free, or even wrinkle resistant. I have washed the shirt twice, and each time it came out of the dryer very wrinkled. My many years old Brooks Brothers shirt that I washed at the same time came out far less wrinkled.

I bought three shirts. One of the shirts came used and opened meaning someone had already tried it on. I’m not too worried about that but it’s not the same shirt at all. I am an average Nordstrom shopper. I go to Nat collection mall in Natick, Massachusetts to that store for all of my dress shirts and sport coats. The only reason why I do not buy suits they are not able to fit my styles size the sports coach do though they’re amazing. I hope this was an oversight. I really love the store. I love the atmosphere. The people are wonderful. I have to return this. Mark V

I ordered this shirt twice. Both times I got an order confirmation screen but no confirmation email. Both transactions show as pending with my bank, yet Nordstrom has no record of it; 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and they couldn't help. Nordstrom used to be known for its exception customer experience—sadly, that is no longer the case.
