A rectangular cotton rug, with tufted base in natural color and rows of multicolor lines simulating braids across the rug. Each line finish off with a handmade braid at the edge. Four handmade braids at each corner completes the design. Comes with a printed cotton tote bag.

Touched by seeing children whose future is determined by their family's economic circumstances, Lorena Canals decided to offer her own social support by giving them access to education. This is how the Sakûla Project was born, a nursery school in the north of India where street children can receive food and education. There are currently 120 children attending the school and counting.

This item has a different return policy. Items sold and shipped by Lorena Canals can be returned by mail or to a Nordstrom store within 90 days of when the item shipped and must be in new condition, with tags attached. We can’t accept returns for this item at Nordstrom Rack.
