Air Max 90 Sneaker (Women)

I wanted to love these. At first I really liked them, but noticed two major problems with this shoe. I ended up getting the all white one for summer. It is impossible to keep clean. Second, the design of the shoe, is cool retro. But it is just too hot and over-added all over. I felt there was just too much material around my entire foot, if that makes sense. Maybe I just don't like the design, but b/c my foot felt overly enveloped in the padded material, it felt hot and almost too tight and restricting. I always felt relieved after I took of this shoe, which is usually not a good sign.

I ordered size 6, which is my regular size, in white. I tried it on with no-show socks at home. The shoe fits snug, which I like and I did not feel I needed to size up. However, the look and feel of it is more of a cheaper non-Nike shoe, which was disappointing to me. The sole was firm, which I like. The upper was non-leather synthetic and again did not expect it; but again, I did not read the whole description like I usually do. I am on the fence on it. I will try it on one more time and I will then decide whether to keep it or just return as the price and the quality does not match. If it was a 30 or 40$ shoe then I would have been okay with it - I guess!
