Super disappointed that Nordstrom would allow earrings with mismatched backings to be sent to a customer, I can hardly believe the low standards. There’s also a manufacturing issue with Nadri since the prong on one is bent, and it’s too easy to bend in the other direction but is still out of shape. These are so cute but when they arrive damaged, what are customers supposed to think? Will be sending back, ofc, and also second-guessing both Nordy and Nadri.

These earrings arrived with TWO STONES MISSING and the prong was so bent that it’s impossible to even try on. I would say I would just return it but Nordstrom provided a faulty QR code that didn’t work at FedEx, then promised USPS would come with a label but that’s not even a service that exists. One CS agent literally offered me ‘free shipping on my next order’ as a way to say sorry, so clearly Nordy’s CS standards have gone downhill if they don’t even understand the basic shipping policy. Don’t buy these, and I’ll also reconsider Nordy’s service before making another purchase.
