Mother of Pearl Heart Initial Necklace

This necklace is well made and a staple all women should have. Dress it up or dress it down. The compliments and inquiries keep coming for this stunning piece when I wear it. It really is lovely.

Letter charm looks nothing like the photo

I ordered an “R” as a gift and it looks nothing like the photo so I’ll be returning. I got it on sale but the quality is not worth the full price listed letter issue aside.

poor quality initial charm

I ordered this item for my daughter for Christmas. It looks so cute in the photos. Unfortunately in person it does not look so cute. The “s” can’t even be read. It looks somewhat like the & symbol. I had to go to the brightest room in my house and use a flashlight to kind of make that out. I’m so disappointed because I k ow of it can looking like the photons my daughter would have loved it.

letter not quality/return policy bad

The initial ‘a’ is in very small script. The back of the letter also looked like it was chipped. Since it was a birthday gift & was purchased well in advance, Nordstrom will no longer accept the return/exchange. Mint & Lily would not take responsibility as well. Im stuck with $115 dollar initial necklace! I wont be purchasing from either company in the future.

Just ok

It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. It was very small and fragile.
