Letter charm looks nothing like the photo
I ordered an “R” as a gift and it looks nothing like the photo so I’ll be returning. I got it on sale but the quality is not worth the full price listed letter issue aside.

poor quality initial charm
I ordered this item for my daughter for Christmas. It looks so cute in the photos. Unfortunately in person it does not look so cute. The “s” can’t even be read. It looks somewhat like the & symbol. I had to go to the brightest room in my house and use a flashlight to kind of make that out. I’m so disappointed because I k ow of it can looking like the photons my daughter would have loved it.

Didn't even last 10hrs
Absolute trash product. The quality of this brand is absolutely terrible and the prices for some of these are outrages considering the poor quality. The initial fell off within the first few hours of wear.

Charms Fell Off
Purchased for my teen for Xmas. Within a couple of weeks, the initial charm clasp would stay open and fall off the necklace. So disappointing for the price. Returning.
