so angry with customer service

I ordered these shoes for I store pickup. When I realized I wouldn't be able to pick them up on time, I called the store and asked for the order to be held for a couple of extra days (which the person I spoke to said would be fine). This morning I see my order was returned and is no longer available. Nords doesn't give poor service very often but they sure did on this order. SO DISAPPOINTING.

Why are these SO HARD in the toe area now?

Why is Birkenstock making these so hard in the toe area now? They used to be soft and comfortable, but I think they have raised that area between the first 2 toes but that is PAINFUL. The shoes themselves are gorgeous and the color is perfect, but what good is it if they're no longer comfortable like they used to be? BIRKENSTOCK ~ GO BACK TO YOUR ROOTS - GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL DESIGN PLEASE!!! All these efforts to "improve" an already perfect product are making things WORSE NOT BETTER.

disappointed

I have maybe four pairs of big buckle type Birkenstocks and was very excited to get this beautiful color. This is the most uncomfortable pair of Birkenstocks I have ever experienced. They are extremely hard on the bottom with no give whatsoever. The design is beautiful, which makes me give it two stars, but I will be returning them because I can’t handle the discomfort

Comfy Birks

These were my first pair of Birks, and I’ll definitely be buying more. It took an about two weeks to break into them - they were not comfortable at first. But after being broken into, the sandals are so comfortable! I wore them to Europe and walked thousands of steps in these. Highly recommend.
