Defective
The bag I received was defective. It was not sewn correctly in one corner and was bunched up. Quality control should prevent an obviously defective product from being shipped to a customer.

Love it!

Phone pocket !!!
I really like this purse. It's crossbody & small but has room for all my stuff. Even has the open pocket for my phone which keeps the phone easily accessible without having to unzip anything. I'm going on about this phone pocket only because I didn't notice the info in the web page. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Oh yeah, the grey color is very nice looking too.

Great Features
Just bought this cross body bag for a Europe trip, it will hold my passport, wallet, sunglasses, and I really like the special soft lined pocket for my glasses, and the open phone pocket in the middle to get it out quick for photos (iPhone 15 plus fits) and I’ll add my lipstick and sunscreen, and I’m ready to go. Great sized bag.

I have been purchasing Baggallini bags since they first came on the market. I bought this a few weeks ago for a three week trip to the UK this summer. I have been using it to become familiar with the bag so I don't need to fumble for anything and look like a vacationer with a new bag. The softly lined glasses pocket is perfect for carrying sunglasses, I love that you have added the easily accessible protective phone pocket to the line of bags. The only improvement for this bag would be an attached hook or loop for a wallet/key leash for security and loss prevention. Thanks Baggallini.
