Great alternative to UGG slippers
I just ordered the Chrissy Bootie to replace my old UGG slippers, I have always ordered UGG slippers but decided to try the Chrissy Bootie because of its reviews. I was not disappointed!!! They are snug at first but stretch quickly, I would stay true to size or size down if you are in between sizes. When I received the package one of the leather shoe laces was ripped, a manufacturing defect, and Nordstrom had shipped me new booties the same day I contacted them. Great customer service!

Fell apart after a month
At first these were very comfortable (although a little bit wide) but after a month of wear they started coming apart. The shoelace hole on one of the slippers ripped apart, and the lace came unattached from the front of the slipper. I have attached pictures. So needless to say these went back. I exchanged them for a pair of ugg slippers which yes are more expensive, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Sized small
I normally wear a size 8.5 but an 8 in Minnetonka's usually work just fine without socks. These fit small enough that I could easily feel the end of the shoe.
It would be wise to go up to the next size in this style!

Chrissy Boot
This mocassin is awesome! I wear a 7.5 usually and got these in an 8 and they fit perfect. They are comfortable and very warm, I wear them as a slipper. Great shoe all around and of course, Nordstrom service was awesome!

Minnetonka slippers
This is horrible quality slippers, they didn't hold up even for a year. Fell apart right away, very disappointed at the craftsmanship. Won't ever buy this manufacturer again.

Fell Apart Immediately, Very Poorly Constructed!
These are constructed so poorly, I'm surprised Nordstrom still carries them! These are made of quality materials - and they would've been very comfortable - but they fell apart within days of receiving them! I wouldn't say I put any level of strain in these slippers. I wore them at home, usually just while studying (sitting on the couch). The laces broke, the string shredded, the whole top portion on each slipper came undone. I glued, I tied, I tried to Frankenstein these back together...for $50, I'd expect much more!
