Bag is great but arrived without a dust bag or box
Absolutely perfect bag - love the size and the color is beautiful. However, the bag arrived from Nordstrom taped in a plastic bag and thrown in a large shipping box without any packing material. No original box or dust bag. Should have ordered directly from Tod’s. Disappointing for a bag of this price.

Disappointed in shipping & handling
This is the third TOD purse I’ve purchased in the last month. The first one came and obviously had not been opened. Beautifully packaged. The second was clearly re-packaged and was not the “Nero” color I had ordered. I’ve returned that one. The third one came yesterday. Had clearly been re-packaged and the box was broken. Fortunately, the purse was the right color and is fine. What happened to Nordstrom’s quality? I finally stepped up to buy a “nicer’ purse and only one of them was untouched. I love the purses but will think again before buying these from Nordstrom

beautiful but not practical
well made and great size but too floppy and not good for city visits/traveling as there is no way to properly close bag. There are two zipper compartments in which to put valuables but it's not practical for me as too easy for other things like sunglasses and chapstick to fall out.
