the bag does not include the strap
I purchased this bag on 8/25 but just opened it today, and unfortunately, the strap that should have been included is missing. The bag itself seems to be of good quality, but the missing strap is a big disappointment, as it’s an essential part of the design. I would have loved to give this product a higher rating, but this oversight makes it difficult.
And i would like to have you sending the strap to me PLEASE!!!!💓🙏🏻.

Adorable bag. Perfect size for essentials. I use it as an everyday work bag because I love that it’s so roomy. I would have given it 5 stars but it has zero inside pockets which is annoying.

great little bag
I was looking for something I could throw extra stuff in and have available if I was out. It’s a little smaller than expected but in a good way. Very lightweight and cute. Would have loved to have a top zipper but this is still a great bag.
