Odd Sizing.
Initially, I ordered in Large. I am a true Large in Athletic Wear. The Large in the waist was perfect, but it was too baggy around the pant leg - excess material; oversiized. So I exchanged Large for a Medium. The Medium was too snug in the waist, especially when seated, however the pant leg was perfect - more of a relaxed straight fit. End result: I went back to a Large. Comfort to me is everything. I need the waist to fit me. I may inquire how much Nordstrom alteration charges to take the pant leg in so that it matches the Medium.
