I ordered two handbags from Senreve on 12/31/2024. Midi Maestra Pebbled Leather 4-Way Convertible Handbag $380.00 Cadence Crossbody Pebbled Leather Handbag $395.00 The bags were delivered to my POBox on January 7th. Collected the bags on January 15th from the Mail Box and checked it by removing the stuffer paper. Cadence was very small and very heavy for its size. Midi Maestra was good size but, again very heavy for me. So I returned them on January 16th in the same packaging that they both came in which, was one big substantial box. I got an email from Nordstrom that the Midi Maestra return has declined due to damage. I called the 1-888-282-6060 to resolve the issue. Well , Nordstrom says they cannot do anything regarding it. Senreve has the bag and has not issued the refund. I am very disappointed in Nordstrom to just say they cannot do anything related to it. Well, you are selling the product on your website. People are buying from you because of your goodwill. So Buyers Beware of the third party sales.

I saw the bag in the grey-ish color and knew I wanted it. The material is amazing. I don’t like bags with labels and the brand is very discrete. I don’t like that straps are not easily adjustable. And the bag material gets white- ashy. I don’t like that about it. But worth the 30% off I got on it + my rewards points.
