sweater type fabric

The lace on the skirt is great. The size is pretty much on target. It’s an XL that is a 14/16. I’m a solid 16 and it was a tiny bit too small for my comfort. The fabric feels like an acrylic (itchy) sweater and that’s my reason for 4 stars.
