Super cute

These shoes are exactly what I expected. I've only worn them a few times around the house so far. The fit seems just a tad smaller than I expected, but not enough to return. Bought them for a trip to Alaska. We are leaving in a few weeks... will update after I've had a chance to use them.

Boots never worn still in the box untouched

Hi I have been trying to get in touch with someone in customer service. I had surgery on my foot and a cast and I have not worn the hiking boots they are still sitting in the box unworn. I wanted to return them because I can’t apply pressure on my foot. How can I go about returning them? They have Never been worn, they have been in the box since I received them.

Love the quality and style but sizing is a problem

I bought these for a trip to England, Scotland and Ireland in April. I wanted to get them early so I could break them in. I wore them one time to red rock amphitheater and my feet hurt so bad That I had to take the insoles out and loosen the laces to get through the rest of the night. I love the quality and the style but they are useless if they can’t be worn all day. I did size up like it said to do. Definitely disappointing and since I wore them I probably can’t return them.

Highly recommend

Absolutely love these. I am a avid outdoors person, hiking and hunting. They are warm and just enough weight to let you know your sure footed. Keep your feet dry and warm. Highly recommend! Merrell foot wear is amazing. My first pair of Merrell boots are still in great standing. I purchased them almost 25 years ago. Which is why I keep coming back. I have purchased many footwear products over the years for both my husband and myself. Well made and durable.

Love these boots! 10/10

I bought these boots specifically for a photography trip to Yellowstone knowing I would face variable weather conditions, potentially including wintry weather, and would want to be able to move around easily. We did in fact have three days of snow and every day started well below freezing. These boots were everything I had hoped for and more. My feet stayed warm and dry and they were super comfortable, so that meant I could focus on what I was seeing and enjoy my experience to the maximum. 10/10 highly recommended.
