I read the poor reviews about size and fit before purchase, but took a chance and followed the size guide. I ordered a medium and the sweatpants I received where sized for a child, not an adult man. I've never had an issue with items sold by Nordstrom, but this item is sold by a 3rd party BenBen Apparel. Nordstrom should consider taking this item offline or require the vendor to update the size guide, given the consistent complaints about inaccurate sizing/fit.

Extremely Disappointed Tore After a Single Wear!
I was so excited to wear these pants, as they looked and felt great when I first tried them on. However, I am shocked at the poor quality. After wearing them just once for a few hours of light activity, the fabric tore near the seam on the thigh.
It's completely unacceptable for a new garment to fall apart so quickly. I am incredibly disappointed and feel like I've wasted my money. I expected much better durability. I cannot recommend these pants to anyone.
