Medium Skull Croc Embossed Leather Crossbody Bag

Absolutely gorgeous bag, perfect size for essentials and can be worn with a very elegant outfit or crossbody for more casual look. The problem is the chain. First, it's a very bright (tacky) looking gold. I could live with that. Second and more importantly, the chain does not function properly. I have a Gucci bag with this same type of chain strap -- use either doubled up as a shoulder strap or full length single strap as a crossbody and it works perfectly, no probs whatsoever. This chain does not slide smoothly when used as a double strap for shoulder length. Even more problematic, on the crossbody length, the chain clasp easily & frequently comes undone on its own. Gutted as needed a bag of this size, shape, colour and versatility but had to return as the chain strap just doesn't work.
