Runs small in the chest

This is a beautiful, crisp fitted blouse with a great silhouette. I purchased the blue stripe, which is perfect both for work and casual wear I am 5'10"/135 lb., so wear a 6 or 8 depending on the style and manufacturer. The Nordstrom brands usually fit fine in M. Not this blouse. It's perfect in the shoulders, waist and hips but gaps at the bust and I'm not particularly busty. Returning and hoping a large won't be too enormous.
