stunning color
I got the Irish coffee and it’s a very soft leather but very structured bag, I can see this being an incredible versatile bag. I got for formal work days where I need a laptop and such.

So sad... this bag was almost perfect!
I adore everything about this bag EXCEPT for the fact that the ends of the gold bars, which attach the handles to the purse, came off. And there is no way to re-attach them and get them to stay. I called Cole Haan about this, thinking they would care about this defect, and they told me to reach back out to Nordstrom which is where I purchased this from. Truly, this bag held so much, yet never looked or felt too large, it went well with all colors, and even my 13" MacBook Air fit in it. I have never mourned a defective bag the way I have mourned this. And I'm yet to find another similar bag that checks all the boxes like this one did.

Love the bag but
Love this bag but the top carry handles, metal inserts that hold the handles, fell apart after first use. Unfortunately I have to return the bag.

I have not had this bag a month and the handle has come apart. Love how it's made great size. Can only carry it as a shoulder bag.

Hardware broke
I received this bag on 12/04/25 and used for less than 2 weeks and the hardware already broke. The gold nob piece fell off when I was in a store and is nowhere to be found. This is terrible quality for what should be a decent handbag.

Absolutely beautiful and roomy purse
This purse is beautifully made, very spacious (it is rather large, with a stiff square bottom). You can see the quality in every detail. Wonderful combo of colors so I will be able to use this with any outfit I might wear.
