Medium Catherine Leather Satchel

My wife purchased this bag and I've had to spend some time repairing the handles. There are 4 screws in the handle that provide support. When an interior screw comes out the bag the handle loses support and no longer functions. An additional 2 screws in each side of the handle cover the support mechanism. When my wife asked if she should return the bag after the handle broke the first time - I was like nah, I can get it. At that time I should have used glue (loctite) to repair all 4 corners. My laziness got the best of me and now I'm on my third side of the handle. If you've seen the other review of this purse this is not an isolated incident. Manufacturer should have used an adhesive to secure on the screws. I'm sure the little hands that produced this bag would have a far easier time doing this than I've had.
