Too short in length!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look, however a little tight and short length (description states 28 inches, this is 23 inches and hits at top of hips. . I prefer the longer length tops that were usually the norm, which has stop being produced. . I bought another style, the same top that I own in another color and waited months to wear once I put it on the length had been shorten. . to late to return very disappointed. Please be specific on length description
