I hope this helps if you’re undecided on your size…
I tend to be three different sizes in AG, a size 23 in Mari as they have a ton of stretch.. thankfully they do not bag out but I would recommend sizing down in Mari jeans. They’re beautiful jeans, once you have your correct size..these flatter the bottom and slims the legs. The perfect straight leg, not wide and not too slim. The fabric isn’t too thick nor too thin.
In AG Boyfriend jeans (slim) I am a typical size 24 every time.. unless they’re non - stretch then I am a size 25.
In Angel (bootleg) jeans I am a size 24, again they have a good amount of stretch without bagging out and losing shape… side note..for short girls like me you will definitely need to hem this style.. tall girls these are perfect for you.
In the super skinny jeans with little or no stretch I tend to be a true size 25.. this took me a long time to work out and left me frustrated many times.. hence I am sharing my experience with you.
For reference I am 5ft3.. 117lbs very lean/athletic build.. long limps and short torso for a petite.

Did not look like the picture online. Thought they were ankle straight. They were not. Also very stretchy.

FAVORITE denim purchased in years!
Can't rave enough about these AG jeans. The leg is bit larger than the picture appears but I think it's perfect! I can cuff them a little for a relaxed look or keep them straight to fancy up a bit. Slimming, comfortable and very on trend. I love that there are no holes (I'm 48 years old, 5'6", 128 lbs).

Didn't Want To Love These....
...but I do. I've got short legs (29.5 inseam), like a straight leg, not too skinny, not too baggy, and I wanted a zipper. I've got a little bit of a 66-year old tummy and I didn't want the jeans to stretch out after a day's wear. I purchased a 32, washed them first, and they are SO perfect, yes, I'm investing in a 2nd pair. They didn't shrink hardly at all - washed warm, dried on normal. Not "ankle" on me - perfect break on the shoe/boot. Only thing I hate is the price but when you finally find jeans that fit....!!!

These jeans are a great buy - classic, just a bit of stretch, and I ordered a size down from my usual and they fit perfectly. I’m 5’5”, 118 lbs, and I ordered the 26. Longer on me than the model but for fall and winter, I want my jeans to hit at the ankle. Can’t wait to wear them!
