Mandy Cover-Up Maxi Skirt

I was shocked when this came. It was almost as tall as me, ha! The cotton was fairly soft and the print was nice enough, but the liner layer was very cheap and scratchy. It also had some metallic details that were painted onto the pattern which was fine, but it was very haphazard. Some areas of the skirt had it missing completely. I love block print styles and I love the uniqueness of the hand blocking, but this looked like more of an error than just hand done. The hem was not sewn in a few sections, too. It was like the machine just missed parts of it. The quality was awful for any price point, but especially a higher priced garment like this.
