Nordstrom sent used Hoka's to customer
Nordstrom sent used shoes in the box with no packing materials in the box. The shows were worn, tread run down and the inside of the shoes had a bad smell. Nordstrom made a huge mistake and simply called it an order fulfillment issue.

Nordstrom sent used shoes in the box with no packing materials in the box. The shows were worn, tread run down and the inside of the shoes had a bad smell. Nordstrom made a huge mistake and simply called it an order fulfillment issue.

Horrendous shipping
Love shopping at Nordstrom but they have the worse shipping of all stores. Most stores offer same day delivery/pick up or a couple of days, at Nordstrom. You have to wait 10 days to get an order. Really have to improve your shipping department. The prices are competitive, but wait for the product is a turn off. Sometimes end up paying more at other stores, but I get it quicker.
