Beautiful dress, but my item has a defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it as a gift from my mother. I really liked the color and the style, so I decided to save it for a trip to Rome. However, when I finally wore it, it did not fit properly and hangs unevenly in the front, with the hem pulling up in the center. It's truly disappointing. Unfortunately, it is no longer within the return or exchange period. I buy a lot of items from Madewell, which makes this even more disappointing. Such a shame.

Beautiful dress, but my item has a defect

Super short

I’m normally a 6 but ordered a size 4 due to the reviews I read. The next size up would’ve been better, but I still think it’ll probably be too short because it was super short, barely covered my behind. I am 5 ‘5” 130 lbs 34a. So unfortunate because it’s super cute otherwise.

Soft linen

Why is everything so big
