Medium Le Roseau Leather Hobo Bag

I purchased this bag online and picked it up at a Nordstrom store. The bag was placed into a shopping bag with no care, and without a Longchamp dust bag. I’ve noticed the lack of care with many recent purchases. When I asked the employee who handed me the bags I inquired about the dust bag and his response was, “I don’t know” - which isn’t what I expected. I went downstairs to the purse dept., and they did give me a dust bag. However, this did impact the whole experience.

Sturdy without being heavy. Love the leather texture and the balance of the handle on my shoulder. Perfect interior pockets.
