this dress was beautiful, I sized up and the arms were so small, I barely got my forearms through. I normally a size 10 and sized up to a 12. Very disappointed.

Runs small / tight sleeves
The dress ran small so size up one size. The feather cuffs were ridiculously tight. The feathers were glued on and looked cheap and made it difficult to even fit your hand through. The sleeves themselves were also very tight so you cannot lift your arms to hug or dance.
