Fidelity Denim sent the wrong size, twice

I placed an order for these jeans in size 28 32 on the Nordstrom website. Fidelity sent size 27, which I returned, and reordered again in size 28 32. Again I was shipped size 27. Not sure what the issue is between Nordstrom and Fidelity. Disappointing that this jean is now sold out.
